With more than twenty years of experience helping people and organizations deliver the best value to their clients I enjoy helping with leadership or organizational challenges. My experience in non-profit and public sector organizations has gifted me with the ability to deliver more with less and I can help leaders and teams focus their efforts on high impact value without throwing resources at a problem.

I’m currently working on secondment as the Executive Director, Business Transformation in the Division of the Vice-President and Provost at the University of Toronto (U of T). My permanent role is Executive Director, Office of the Vice-Provost, Students, also at U of T).
